Have you also read the the designated use of this antenna is Fernsehempfang which is TV-BC, but not FM-BC?

Currently maybee, but even unbreakable encryptions (since Enigma) have always been broken if there was an interest in dooing so.

I'm able to open your log files on a Galaxy S8, and they look to have good results.

Is the csv file inside the Downloads/KerberosSDR folder?

Can you try increasing the skip every X points to 5 or so in case it's because the tablet is too slow to handle the plotting of so many data points?

Looking at the link I am confused to find mainly recommendations for horizontally polarized antennas for FM-BC. Only TV-BC antenna use to my knowledge horizontal polarization.

Passive car antennas for FM-BC have been by design vertically, until preamplifier were cheapenough to shorten antenna. In Europe vertically polarization with optional horizontally polarized EIRP added to improve car reception during e.g. multipath or other effects. Unless your FM-BC transmitter antennas in your country, a really predominantly horizontally polarized transmission vertical polarization is more likely.

A groundplane like shown Image on the top of mast should suffice.

If you need best performance a vertically mounted directional antenna and a rotor are your best option.

Due to the large variation in wavelength most antenna will not provide similar gain and pattern on all frequencies, unless they are by design broadband enough to cover 87.5 to 108 MHz like e.g. Log-perodic, bi-cone or disconeantenna.

Do you also have CATV/CATV in your room, than it might not be reflections/multipath but leackage from you cable system

Could it be also intermodulation, did you try lower high gain setting or reducing receive signal e.g. by holding the antenna radiatior in your hand?

Did you try it from somewhere else,e.g. your car first before you go through the trouble getting your antenna outside.

-Do you have DVB-C or DVB-C2?
-Did you check if your DVB-C signals are encrypted? If they are encrypted than you need also a way to decrypt the signals

General questions out of curiosity:
- Are DVB-C(2) modulation parameter the same all over the world, or do they differ from region to region or at worst country to country? I assume they are in line with local DVB-T(2) modulations.

Which modulations and variations of parameter are used for DVB-C compared to DVB-S(2) and DVB-T(2)? Wikipedia provides general information, but I found not source to verify local defintions.

Could the data stream not be grabbed somehow from a TV or add-on receiver specified for local use for DVB-C(2)?

Is this an antenna array? For DF for instance.

Or do you just need multiple channels that don't need to be coherent? Kerberos would seem like overkill.
